The Top Panel is a hidden module area at the top of the template. By clicking the "Top Panel" button it slides down. To hide the Top Panel click the "Close" button at the upper right or hit the "Top Panel" button once again.
Any content you publish in the "cpanel" module position appears in the Top Panel. It's suitable for self presentation, legal information or login module.
